The publication has included not one, but two South African locations in its annual roundup of the World’s Greatest Places 2026.

Masiya’s Camp at Royal Malelwane in the Kruger National Park and the Park Hyatt Johannesburg have both earned esteemed recognition.

The Kruger National Park, renowned for its exceptional wildlife diversity, including the Big Five – lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhinoceros – serves as the perfect backdrop for Masiya’s Camp.
